Professional Background
Sabinah Rashid has over 20 years’ experience working with children, families, and educational settings, including extensive work within schools and local authorities. She has also supported individuals in strengthening focus, productivity, and emotional regulation to help them move forward with clarity in both personal and professional life.
Supporting parents, individuals, and educational settings with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
Sabinah supports people and organisations to overcome difficulties, shift unhelpful behaviours, and move towards a calmer, more purposeful way of living.
Approach to Psychology, Counselling, and Coaching
After many years of training and practice within modern psychology, Sabinah observed both the strengths of solution-focused approaches and the limitations of methods that weaken personal responsibility and faith in the Creator. Her work is grounded in an Islamic understanding of the human soul and has been further strengthened through formal study in Psychology and Islamic Counselling under Sheikh Abdullah Hassan, alongside study in the Islamic sciences.
