How It Works

Step 1 : Initial Consultation (Required)

All school support begins with a 60-minute consultation to understand your setting and priorities and agree the most effective type of support.
Fee: £95 (deducted from any training booked). There is no obligation to proceed.

Step 2 : Tailored Proposal

Following the consultation, you will receive a clear proposal outlining the recommended support, delivery format (online or in person), duration, and costs.

Step 3 : Training or Ongoing Support

Support may include staff training, leadership or SEN consultations, behaviour support, or ongoing guidance.

How Training is Booked

Training is booked following the consultation and confirmation of a proposal.

  • A deposit (50%) secures the agreed date
  • Remaining balance is payable before delivery

All support is confidential, respectful, and tailored to your setting.
My aim is not to add pressure, but to help you work more effectively with clarity and confidence.

Just to remind you, this fee is deducted from the cost of any training booked.

There is no obligation to proceed beyond the consultation.

Indicative Training Costs

Training is tailored to the size, needs, and priorities of your setting. Costs vary depending on duration, format, and whether delivery is online or in person.

As a general guide:

  • Online training (90 minutes): from £250–£400
  • Half-day in-person training: from £600–£1,000 (plus travel, where applicable)
  • Full-day training: from £1,200–£1,800 (plus travel)
  • Follow-up or additional consultations: £95 per hour

All training is planned following an initial consultation. The £95 consultation fee is deducted from the cost of any training booked.

Yes. I work with mainstream schools, Islamic schools, and madrasahs, supporting leadership teams, teachers, and support staff in a way that respects each setting’s ethos and values.

Yes. All school and madrasah support begins with a 60-minute consultation to ensure that any training or support provided is targeted, relevant, and effective. There is no obligation to proceed beyond this session.

Training can be delivered online or in person. This is discussed during the consultation so the most appropriate format can be agreed.

How much does training cost?

Training costs vary depending on the type, length, and format of support. Indicative pricing is provided on the page, and a clear proposal is shared following the consultation.
